Biography:
Joerg Becker is a "Visual Communicator" with special interests in typography, sociology, rhetoric and communication theory.
Becker has a German Diploma in Visual Communication with a focus on typography and an MFA in Graphic Design from the Netherlands. He taught book design, corporate design, typography, visual rhetoric and the basic psychological principals of design in several German Universities, Minolta Europe and currently at the University of Illinois at Chicago.For five years Becker (visually) communicated mainly for the German Government, its Ministries, Unions and other clients in the economy.
